We love and miss our clients. Thank you to everyone who purchased giftcards, products, sent us sweet messages, tagged us on social media. We are forever grateful and can't wait to welcome you back. So far we have no firm open date from our city but we are ready to jump into action as soon as we do. What we do know is that we will reopen with new, strict policies and guidelines to ensure the safety of clients and staff. Please be advised and help us keep our clients and stylists safe.

+ No Walk-ins. By appointment and call-in only. Curbside pickup available for retail orders.

+ Employees and guests will not be permitted if you’ve experienced any COVID-19 symptoms such as cough, fever, body aches, loss of taste or smell and/or shortness of breath in the last 14 days or have been exposed.

+ Clients are required to wear a mask (preferable the type to loop behind the ear) and sanitize hands upon arrival. Please note we will not have any waiting area in salon. All clients must wait outside for the start of their appointment.

+ Although we love to give hugs, during this time physical contact will be limited to only necessary to perform service.

+ Employees will be required to wear PPE including masks, gloves, aprons. Handwashing and new gloves will be required at the start of every appointment.

+ Temperatures will be taken OUTSIDE upon arrival for Employees and Clients. Anyone experiencing a fever will be sent home and appointments will be rescheduled.

+One client per stylists and stations will be socially distanced 6ft apart.

+No outside food or drinks permitted. No friends, family or pets. Please arrive alone to your appointment.

+ Clients must arrive with clean, prewashed hair

+ Additional set up and disinfecting times will be blocked out to ensure every station and stylists tools are properly sanitized prior to the start of every appointment.

+ No Cash transactions. All appointments will require a 50% Deposit and Credit Card on file for a walletless checkout.

+ Cancellation policy will still be upheld for any no-show appointments and last minute rescheduled apts within 24 hours, not related to illness.

+ There will be a $5 Sanitation Fee to every appointment to help us accommodate these safety measures.
